  • Revenue Quality: $1 Million+ in annual revenue, with at least 50% of that revenue derived from recurring, contract-based, or highly repeatable service models.

    Strong Margin Profile: Gross margins of 40%+ and healthy net margins of 20%+, demonstrating efficiency and strong pricing power within your local market.

    Healthy Cash Flow: A consistent, historical track record of annual cash flow (EBITDA / Seller's Discretionary Earnings) between $1 Million and $5+ Million.
